These guys are very nice and will explain what is going on with your car, but they overcharge immensely. They'll stay late to get the job done, but sometimes won't do repairs properly or will have you do a repair that will cost several hundreds of dollars when a quick fix is all that's really needed.
We have been taking all of our vehicles to Crowe's Auto Repair since they opened. Their customer service is top notch. They are knowledgeable, pleasant, prompt , and most of all honest and upfront. They have a very pleasant waiting area with plenty of seating and TV to pass the time with while waiting. & CLEAN bathroom . They want your business and make you feel like they value it. Take my vehicle here every single time it needs a mechanics hand. Not only are they superior in service (with fair and competitive pricing) but their customer service makes it worth it every time. You can leave being sure that the work is properly and perfectly done. They also offer free vehicle inspections which a frequentlytake advantage of. It's great, and they are very honest. I've been told of many things that have came up during the inspection and was never even slightly tried to be persuaded into spending more money.
