I was told by one of my neighbors to go to Cooper Home furnishings, I had never been there before.. so I decided to go November 25th, it was my birthday and I wanted and was looking for a new sectional. I walked in the door and was totally ignored, I mean totally ignored! There were 3 women standing talking at the counter and then I saw one gentleman, none of them asked me if I needed help or was looking for a special item, I will never send anyone there to even look, nor will I be back.. I had to have been in that place for at least 45 min and with no one to help me

I have been going to Cooper's now for the last 10 years that I have lived here and buying the majority of my furniture. They are a great family and I love all of their furniture. They have pieces that you would not find anywhere else and pieces that are built to last. I have noticed lately that the pricing seems to have gone up quite a bit and has made it a more out of my price range which is unfortunate. I am hoping however that they will continue to have their sales once in a while so I can still continue to come back.

What a pleasant surprise! Here I thought customer service was a lost art in this industry. Quality furniture with GENUINE service. No one hounding over you to pressure you etc. We found exactly what we were looking for and paid 35% less for much higher quality furniture (comparing to Art Van) WITH free delivery! Lifetime warranty on frame, 4 years on cushions, and it's made in USA. We are looking to move to TN this summer and will be filling nearly EVERY room in our new home with furniture from the Cooper's family. Thank you for perhaps the best experience I've had at a furniture store.
