this place sucks and the people who run is should feel bad. I can say after going to hundreds of pizza places around chicago, some of the best spots are in plano (suzys, uncle lars), you are a fool if you order from here
I've come a couple times for the new $5 menu. I had them deliver the order this last time and they showed up right on time. HEADS UP, there's a $3 fee for delivery. On the times I picked up the pizza, the employees at the store were cheery and kind. All in all a perfectly good Pizza Hut!
