Awesome post staff always friendly
I asked very nice and left notes not to bend my important mail. They keep bending the things I get that I want to frame. Certificates. I am very sick about it. The even bent the certificate I got for my Uncle for his service in world war II. IT SAID DO NOT BEND. But they did. Please stop bending my mail.
Usually pretty good about respecting needs and wants of shippers.
